Mixie’s “la la la love” shows what breakup feels

MIXIE recently released a music video for her song “la la la love,” and it shows viewers the ugly yet genuine truth of how a breakup pans out. Unfortunately, breakups are some of the hardest things to go through, and the ugly truth is that most of the time, people make mistakes and deal with them in ways that may be detrimental. Instead of shaming them, MIXIE, who orignates from Manhattan but recently moved to LA shows people going through something similar that it is normal for these things to happen.

After a breakup, people naturally want the things they just lost. Some may shame themselves for thinking so, but MIXIE allows those same people to visualize themselves as her. There is nothing easy about a breakup, and MIXIE exemplifies that in her visually pleasing video and beautifully written song.

How long has MIXIE been making music? Two years… In just two years, MIXIE has released underrated pop hits after underrated pop hits. It is criminal that a prolific artist with this much potential is being overlooked, but she is starting to gain some traction in her most recent releases. She plans to continue dropping quarterly EPs with visuals for each song.

This notable feat is yet another aspect of MIXIE that is criminally overlooked. To keep up-to-date with her latest happenings, follow MIXIE on Instagram using the link here and check out the plethora of great music she has released here.
